Meet our Founder & Managing Partner
I spent the first 28 years of my career serving large employers in major Insurance and Human Capital consulting firms in France and in the UK. When designing international employee benefits strategies, I’ve always felt that smaller companies were regrettably not served in a way that I could qualify as optimal, while larger companies met resources issues when they were dealing with a M&A and divestiture operations.
Life happened when in 2021, it became clear it was time for me to leverage these three decades of expertise to optimize, structure and implement the international employee benefits of smaller scale international companies. SoBenefit® was born, established and registered.
I am known to be an independent strategic thinker, responsive project manager and pragmatic agile professional. What does that mean in essence? I identify, create and implement solutions around every specific client situation (growth challenge, under-optimization of the benefits packages, lack of a streamlined benefits policy, need for risk management, international expansion, M&A…) based on a step-by-step structured methodology that ensures the efficiency and the success of the process at an affordable cost. To put it in a nutshell: no theory-based consulting, but an actionable solution that improves my client’s business bottom line as well as its talents attraction and retention.
When needed, I jump in as an interim Benefits Manager of reference in an HR team or an M&A project team.
I find nothing more satisfying than contributing to fluid and efficient collaborations, advising, ensuring a smooth transition, helping a team meet a target, creating a process that works for good, designing an innovative solution out of ideas and knowledge I connect, rationalizing and organizing the existing, and last but not least, communicating the change in order to make an impact.
When not consulting, you’ll find me researching, crunching data, writing or swimming.
